I was turned on to Lui Sieh’s blog (here) because he made a comment on Crossderry (thanks). Perhaps it’s because I like to do this, but he nicely leveraged another’s blog list with his own take on each point. Richard Castleberry’s 30 Skills Every IT Person Needs is here, and Lui Sieh’s riff on it is here.
BTW, I’m about 25 for 30… I guess that’s what happens when you become the pointy-haired boss :-)
