Now and then it’s good to pause in our pursuit of happiness and just be happy.

Do we expect people, places, and things to make us happy?  Do we spend far too much time chasing after them, only to be disappointed when we catch them?  Yet again…

Perhaps if we stopped chasing and started appreciating what we have today, we would be less restless, irritable, and discontented.
