One must, however, wonder about a list that has me listed above Glen, Bas, Rich, Elizabeth, and Craig. I appreciate the mention, but I’m afraid my ranking may overpromise and I’ll underdeliver!

Or ranking is irrelevant until we know the material content – and of course our content is much “deeper” and therefore not as “popular” for all those looking for simple cookie cutter solutions to intractable problems.
Either that or the “4” stands for written at a four-year old reading level and you’re ahead of me!
